This is my neighborhood church. It was built one year ago. The icons inside are brand new, but made in the Eastern Orthodox traditions. Mixed with the views from the church are my needlepoint icons.

I really liked your icons, very nice red. I also really liked the red chairs and the red tile roof on the church. It looks to be a beautiful building!

    Some beautiful needle-points you’ve made.
Lots and lots of skill and work I should guess.
I was in Nessebar 13 years ago and was impressed by the many icon painters in the old city.
I bought one of Virgin Mary and one of Sanit Georg, they still are hanging on my walls.
A cab driver took us around and we visited the old St. Gorgeous monastery.
Impressive old icon paintings and ditto embroideries on „The Chair of God“.

I`ve always known that I`ll have St. George in my home (when I get to get a family and a home). Now I know that it`ll be a tapestry.
    Thanks for sharing your works!
